Tsleem is a cloud subscription, sold to organisations in Saudi Arabia. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are shown including 15% VAT. There are no hidden charges.

What you are buying
Tsleem is software delivered as a cloud service. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. A subscription gives your organisation access to the Tsleem web dashboard at app.tsleemksa.com and the Tsleem mobile app for Android and iOS, for the number of users included in your plan, for the duration of the subscription term.
Access is provisioned within one working day of a payment clearing, and usually sooner.
VAT
All prices on this page include Value Added Tax at 15%, which is the rate in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The net amount and the VAT amount are shown separately against each price so you can see exactly what the tax component is. The total shown is the total you will be invoiced.
A compliant Saudi tax invoice is issued for every payment. If your organisation is VAT-registered, give us your VAT number and it will appear on the invoice.
Billing and contract length
- Monthly plans are billed one month in advance and renew each month until cancelled.
- Annual plans are billed twelve months in advance at the discounted rate shown, and renew annually until cancelled.
- Currency — every invoice is issued and charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Additional AI photo checks beyond your monthly allowance are charged at SAR 0.50 each before VAT, billed in arrears on your next invoice and only on what you actually used. VAT is applied to the invoice total.
- Changing plan — you can move up or down at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the remainder of the current term; a downgrade takes effect at the start of the next term.
- Implementation and onboarding are included in the plan fee. Any custom development, data migration or third-party integration work is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it begins.
How to buy
There is no online shopping cart. Tsleem is sold business-to-business and every subscription begins with a conversation, so that the plan matches the size and shape of your operation.
- Request a demo or a quotation. Email info@tsleemksa.com or call +966 50 795 6034. Tell us roughly how many users and sites you have.
- We confirm the plan and the price in writing, including the VAT-inclusive total and the subscription term. Nothing is charged at this stage.
- We issue an invoice and a secure payment link. The link is hosted by a payment service provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). You can pay by mada, Visa or Mastercard, or by bank transfer against the invoice.
- You pay. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
- We provision your account within one working day and send the administrator their sign-in details, along with a compliant tax invoice.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time, and there is a statutory right to withdraw within seven days of contracting. The conditions, the refund route and the timescales are set out in full in our refund and cancellation policy. The terms governing the subscription itself are in our terms and conditions.
