How to reach us
We reply to email within one working day during Saudi business hours (Sunday to Thursday). Our working week excludes Friday, Saturday and Saudi public holidays.
Complaints procedure
If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it directly — it is almost always faster than any other route.
- Tell us. Email info@tsleemksa.com with "Complaint" in the subject line, or call +966 50 795 6034. Include your organisation name, what happened, when, and what you would like us to do about it.
- We acknowledge it within 3 working days, in writing, with a reference number and the name of the person handling it.
- We investigate and respond within 30 days, telling you what we found, what we have done, and what we will do differently. If a complaint is complex and we need longer, we will tell you why and give you a date.
- If you are not satisfied, say so and we will escalate it internally to a director for review.
If we still cannot resolve it between us, you may raise the matter externally:
- A complaint about a purchase, a price or a refund — the Ministry of Commerce, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- A complaint about how we handled personal data — the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), which supervises the Personal Data Protection Law.
What we sell
Tsleem is a field-operations software platform supplied as a cloud subscription to organisations in Saudi Arabia. It digitises site handovers, inspections, work orders and trouble tickets, with a web dashboard for managers and an offline-capable mobile app for field teams, in Arabic and English.
