Delete your Tsleem account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Tsleem account (package com.protagksa.fieldops) and the personal data held with it. Tsleem is published and operated by Protag KSA.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

How to request deletion

Accounts cannot be deleted inside the app. Tsleem accounts are created by your employer, not by you, so deletion is requested rather than self-served.

Follow these steps:

  1. Email info@tsleemksa.com from the email address your Tsleem account uses, with the subject “Tsleem account deletion request”.
  2. Include your full name and the name of your organisation so we can locate the account.
  3. We verify that the request comes from the account holder, and confirm by reply.
  4. Your account and the personal data listed below are deleted within 30 days of that verification.

You may also ask your organisation’s Tsleem administrator to remove your account directly; they can do this from the dashboard at any time.

What is deleted

On a verified request, the following are permanently deleted:

DataWhen
Your name and email addressWithin 30 days
Your account and sign-in credentialsWithin 30 days
Your device identifier and push notification tokenWithin 30 days
Crash reports and diagnostic data linked to your accountWithin 30 days
Residual copies held in encrypted backupsWithin 90 days, as backups rotate

What is kept, and why

Completed inspection records — work orders, checklist answers and the photographs attached to them — belong to the organisation that employed you, not to you personally. They are business records of work performed, and are retained by that organisation.

These records are kept for as long as your organisation’s Tsleem account remains active, and are deleted when that organisation closes its account or instructs us to delete them. Where your organisation is legally required to retain inspection records, they may keep them for the period their own obligations demand.

After your personal account is deleted, your name is removed from the account itself. Records of work you completed remain attributed to you within your former organisation, in the same way a signed paper inspection sheet would.

Deleting some of your data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to have personal data removed. Email info@tsleemksa.com from your account address, describing what you would like removed — for example a photograph you attached by mistake, or a correction to your name.

Where the data is yours, we action verified requests within 30 days. Where it forms part of your employer’s inspection records, we are acting as their data processor, so we pass the request to your organisation and support them in answering it. We will always tell you which of the two applies to your request.

If your organisation closes its account

When an organisation ends its use of Tsleem, all of its data — including every user account, inspection record and photograph — is deleted on request, and in any case within 90 days of the account closing.
